Prescription ENABLEX is specifically designed to target the muscle that controls the bladder. By connecting to receptors along the bladder muscle, ENABLEX helps block signals that can lead to involuntary bladder contractions. These contractions are what cause leaks and accidents, strong, sudden urges to go, and frequent trips to the bathroom.
Another condition, called may cause people to have leaks or accidents when laughing, sneezing, coughing, or lifting something heavy. Stress incontinence and OAB are different conditions, but a person can have both. ENABLEX does not treat stress incontinence.
